Please be aware that International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), under the Razon Group, has issued a warning about online scams involving manipulated videos and audio recordings that impersonate Chairman Enrique K. Razon Jr. and other senior executives.

The fraudulent materials, which have circulated on social media, falsely portray Mr. Razon promoting investment opportunities. Such claims are entirely not true, and neither Mr. Razon nor ICTSI has endorsed any such investments. 

Content of such scams may appear convincing and legitimate to mislead viewers.

To stay protected from online fraud, Prime Infra urges the public to take the following precautions:

• Be cautious when engaging with online content with references to ICTSI, Prime Infra, and other companies under the Razon Group. 
• Verify claims through official channels.
• Refrain from sharing personal or financial information with unfamiliar sources.
• Immediately report suspicious content or impersonation attempts to the involved online platforms and companies.
