Cara is Prime Infra’s Market Sector Lead for Waste, heading the company’s waste management unit, Prime Integrated Waste Solutions Inc. (PWS), which currently operates in Cebu and Pampanga. She also leads strategic initiatives to unlock value from waste through the production of sustainable fuels and other high-value products.

Cara has solid experience in leadership positions in project management, supply chain management and business strategy in the infrastructure industry. Before joining the Prime Infra Group, she held various leadership roles in Supply Chain Planning, Imports/Exports Operations, Biofuels Operations and Channel Optimization in Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation and Shell Philippines Explorations B.V. for 8 years.
