Prime Infra led-WawaJVCo Inc. continued its annual tradition of spreading the holiday cheer to its host communities in Rizal province this December 2022.
In partnership with the Rizal Provincial Government led by Governor Nina Ynares, WawaJVCo distributed around 2,800 Noche Buena packs to the Dumagat RemontadoIndigenous Peoples (IPs) of Antipolo and Montalban, and the communities in host barangays located in Montalban, San Mateo and Antipolo City. WawaJVCo volunteers personally handed out the gift packs, going house to house in some sitios to reach all target beneficiaries.
Meals and goodie bags filled with treats were also given to around 300 kids.
WawaJVCo began its Christmas gift-giving activity back in 2019, and has since become an annual tradition for the company.
“WawaJVCo is committed to engage in initiatives that will create meaningful value in our host communities. We hope that this simple annual tradition of giving back brings happiness to their homes,” said WawaJVCo President Melvin John Tan.
WawaJVCo is a joint venture of Prime Infra and San Lorenzo Ruiz Builders and Developers Group, Inc. It is the developer of the Wawa Bulk Water Supply Project, Phase 1 of which was completed in June 2022.
