Ahunan Power - Prime Infra

Ahunan 1,400MW Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Power Plant will soon rise at the east bank of Laguna de Bay in Pakil in the Province of Laguna, Philippines.

The pumped storage scheme is utilizing the water from Laguna de Bay to circulate it through the underground power waterways to an artificial upper basin.

All components are constructed underground, leading to a minimal environmental impact. Furthermore, it is identified by the Department of Energy (DOE) as one of the clean energy contributors in the Philippines.

When you reach us through any of the avenues provided in our Contact Us page, we collect the following personal data you disclose in your correspondence, such as:

Prime Infra also uses a third party program for website analytics. When accessing our website, this program only collects the following information:

removal or destruction of your personal data from our filing system, under the circumstances
allowed under Privacy Laws.
f. Right to Damages — You have the right to be indemnified for any damages sustained due to such
inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of your
personal data, upon a finding by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction that a violation of
the Privacy Laws has occurred.
g. Right to Portability — You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data in an electronic or
structured format, which is commonly used and allows for your further use, in case your personal
data was processed through electronic means and in a structured and commonly used format.
