Prime Infra, a proud sponsor of the Center of Excellence (COE) football program, shared that the young athletes training under the program won the top two titles in the U12 category of the Thailand International Youth Cup. The COE, a collaboration of the National Capital Region Football Association (NCRFA) and Philippine Football Federation (PFF), guides young athletes to transition from grassroots levels to elite football.

Two teams represented the Philippines, competing against over 100 teams across various age categories from 10 other countries, including Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Singapore, and Thailand.

Both teams won the plate division championship and first runner-up titles in the U12 category.

“We are proud to support the NCRFA and the PFF’s Center of Excellence program aimed at developing the next generation of football athletes in the country. We’ve witnessed the remarkable talent and transformation of these young athletes, and we are excited to see how they will continue to excel in the global stage,” said Prime Infra.

“We have always believed in the value of investing in youth development programs, including sports, and supporting local talents in line with our vision of building better lives for all,” the company said.

The COE program is an initiative designed to nurture the high potential of young football players in the country through top-notch coaching and competitive opportunities, both crucial for player development.

According to the NCRFA, its collaboration with the PFF is part of a wider effort to raise the standards of football in the Philippines by building a strong foundation for the sport.
