The Chico JVCo is a joint venture company created to develop the 175 Megawatt Chico Hydropower project in Lubuagan, Kalinga, Philippines. The project aims to help address the country’s need for power generation, distribution, and infrastructure, providing electricity to approximately 185,000 homes during its peak production and possibly lowering coal consumption by about 275,000 tons.


Formed in 2017 in partnership with top Australian construction company, BMD Group, Prime BMD is a heavy civil and industrial contractor for roads, bridges, ports, buildings, and more, helping create more opportunities for the Philippines and its people.


WasteFuel is a next-generation waste to fuels company that uses proven technology to address the climate emergency and revolutionize the future of travel through the conversion of municipal waste into sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) that burn at an 80% reduction in carbon to fossil fuel-based aviation fuel. In addition to having control of Wastefuel Philippines, Prime Infra is a shareholder and holds a board seat in WasteFuel Global.


A joint venture company with San Lorenzo Ruiz Builders and Developers Group, Inc., the Wawa JVCo was formed to develop the Wawa Bulk Water Supply project in Rodriguez, Rizal, Philippines. Once completed, this project will deliver over 518 Million Liters per day that can provide water supply to over 500,000 households in the East Zone concession area, while also helping mitigate recurring flood issues in the lower areas of Rizal Province, Marikina City and Pasig City.
